RETURN POLICY

At Trident Mods, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange a product, please review our return policy outlined below.

We offer refunds on all watches returned within 14 days of the date received. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Original packaging required
• Protective films must remain attached
• Product must be unused and unworn

Once protective films are removed, the item cannot be refunded, unless it was defective or damaged upon receipt.

Please note, if the watch has any damage, there may be a fee to cover loss in value of the watch.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must meet the same condition requirements as above.
• If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized watch orders not eligible for returns or refunds due to the time, cost and components used in building custom timepieces.
• Clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  The item has been worn, used, or altered.
• The return request is made after 14 days of delivery.
• The item is sent back without prior authorization.
• Water Damage: Products that have been damaged by water will not be eligible for return.

Refunds

• Processed after inspection
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: within 7-10 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item is defective

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (unless it's a quality issue).
