What is a Seiko Mod?
A mod (short for modification) is the process of customizing a watch using upgraded parts. Seiko is a favorite among enthusiasts because its movements and cases are easy to personalize. Each Trident‑Mods build starts with a genuine Seiko base and is hand‑assembled and tested in the USA using precision components sourced worldwide.
Are these Seiko Watches?
Trident Mods has NO affiliation or connection with Seiko or endorsed by, or connected to Seiko Company or any of its subsidiaries.
Our timepieces are custom creations featuring movements from TMI a subsidiary of Seiko (renowned for its accuracy and dependability and used in millions of watches worldwide)
Our timepieces are independent products and are not in any way associated with Seiko.
Where are your products manufactured?
Each watch is hand‑assembled and tested in the USA, crafted from precision components sourced globally to ensure quality and reliability.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. In some circumstances we can cancel the order if has not been shipped.
In that case you still have the option to return it unused once it has been delivered.
What if I don't like my Watch?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new timepiece, we offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee.
This allows you to make your purchase with peace of mind, knowing that returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within the United States.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before shipment.
Delivery time will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout.
Out‑of‑stock or special‑order timepieces require additional processing time.
These builds are typically completed within two to three weeks, and you’ll be notified if production takes longer.
Do you ship ouside of the US?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We are actively exploring one‑stop international shipping options to make our products available worldwide in the near future.
