WARRANTY

All the components for your Watch are sourced from respected dealers and undergo stringent testing and thorough quality checks before and during the assembly process.

Each watch (unless noted) has a 12 month warranty period which covers your watch for repair or replacement in case of any fault, failure or defect excluding those which arise due to misuse as outlined below, even during the warranty period:

  • Damage caused by improper use or carelessness. For instance, mechanical failure due to visible knocks and dents, water ingress due to improper use of crown.
  • Damage or failure to quick set date function through lack of mechanical sympathy.
  • Superficial damage such as scratches, dents and knocks arising from regular use
  • Damage or failure arising from repair or modification by a third-party person or company.
  • Bracelets and/or straps

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

At Trident Mods, each watch is individually assembled and tested to ensure quality and performance.

Warranty Coverage

We provide a 12-month mechanical warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What is Covered:

  • Mechanical movement defects
  • Assembly-related issues

What is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, strap wear)
  • Water damage 
  • Damage from misuse, drops, or accidents
  • Unauthorized modifications or opening of the watch
  • Damage from third-party repairs

Warranty Claims:

  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Submit photos/videos of the issue
  • Customer covers shipping to Trident Mods
  • Return shipping is covered if claim is approved
